Privacy Policy

This policy explains what EverWiser collects, why it is used, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

We may process your email address, account settings, saved profiles, birth date, birth time, the birth city you select, its coordinates and time zone, derived Four Pillars structure, questions, relationship profile details, life-context notes, support messages, floor-plan images you choose to submit, and reports or derived floor-plan records you choose to save. The app does not request or collect your device's current location.

Do not submit government identifiers, payment card numbers, passwords, medical records, or other information that is not needed for the service.

Floor-plan processing

If you use Space Mirror, the selected floor-plan image is transmitted only to analyze the layout and create the response you requested. EverWiser does not keep the original image after temporary processing. If you explicitly save a floor-plan record, we retain only the derived line drawing and calibration data, not the original image or a street address. Please remove names, addresses, faces, and other unrelated personal details before uploading.

Information collected automatically

We may collect limited technical data such as IP address, request time, device and app version, language, error events, and security logs. We use this data to operate the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

How information is used

We use information to create and display requested content, save profiles and reports, authenticate accounts, provide support, enforce usage limits, protect the service, and improve reliability.

AI processing and international transfers

Questions, relevant profile or life-context details, and floor-plan images needed to provide a requested feature may be sent to contracted AI infrastructure providers. Processing may occur outside your country. We minimize the content sent, use floor-plan images only for temporary processing, and do not send payment card data to AI providers.

Retention

Account data, saved life-context notes, saved reports, and derived floor-plan records are retained while your account is active or until you remove them. Original floor-plan images are not retained after temporary processing. Security logs and unsuccessful temporary generations may be retained for a shorter operational period. You can request deletion at any time.

Your choices

You may review, change, or separately delete your birth profile, remove reports, sign out, or request deletion of your account and associated content. Deleting a birth profile does not delete the account or existing saved reflections. See the account deletion page.

Children

EverWiser is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Additional regional age requirements may apply.

Security

We use encrypted transport, access controls, service isolation, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.
